Nature of work
- Organization and control of operation and repair works of building systems: heating, plumbing, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning (advantage), low-voltage systems (advantage);
- Management of the regional group of technicians, planning of working hours, distribution of work through the work management system;
- Ensuring the quality of work;
- Calculation and sale of additional repair works (estimates);
- Analysis and optimization of work costs;
- Control of filling out reports on services provided (acts of work performed) (cooperation with the accounting department);
- Formation and development of the technical department team;
Employee requirements
- Experience in the position of a works manager or engineer (building engineering systems) for at least 3 years;
- Engineering education (can be electrical, automation, building engineering systems, plumbing, energy, heating, construction engineering);
- Good skills in working with MS common programs: MS Word, MS Exel, etc.;
- B category driver's license;
- Strong ability to plan work and implement it according to plans;
- Skills in leading people.
