Your responsibilities:
- Manage several different teams of employees at one or more facilities.
- Plan, distribute and coordinate the work of subordinate employees.
- Be responsible for the results of the teams' work, adherence to deadlines and work discipline.
- Coordinate the progress of the project, coordinate work schedules with the project customers.
- Perform quality control of the work performed.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project, technical drawings and construction regulations.
- Supervise the proper operation of construction tools, equipment and other machinery.
- Control how subordinate employees operate the residential premises and the assigned car.
- Pay attention to employees' requests, complaints and problems that arise.
Employee requirements:
- Experience working on construction projects.
- Ability to independently organize work and lead teams.
- Good English (not lower than B2 level).
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
- Education in the field of construction or engineering is an advantage.
