Functions and duties of the employee:
- Planning, organizing and supervising construction and installation works of fiber optic networks;
- Coordination of the work of crews and subcontractors at the facilities;
- Distribution of work and daily control of performance;
- Ensuring deadlines, quality of work, costs and work safety requirements;
- Planning of materials, equipment and other resources necessary for the work;
- Checking the quantities and quality of work performed;
- Documentation of work progress, defects and work performed;
- Solving technical problems at the facilities;
- Communication with customers, subcontractors and other project participants;
- Reporting on the progress of work to the company's management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Technical understanding of fiber optic network construction, FTTH infrastructure and related works;
- Ability to plan work, make independent decisions and lead a team;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Ability to read projects, diagrams and technical documentation;
- Computer literacy;
- Valid category B driver's license and practical driving skills;
- Ability to work in Germany and travel to different project sites;
- Knowledge of German is a great advantage;
- Previous work experience as a supervisor, foreman or project coordinator in the telecommunications, fiber optic or construction field is a great advantage.
