Work supervisor (fences, railings)

UAB "Metallum Novum" is a metal products company that has been successfully operating for more than 20 years, with its own design and production teams. We implement fences, gates, railings and small architecture projects throughout Lithuania.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for the smooth implementation of projects at the facilities.

Job Description

• Organize and coordinate the implementation of projects transferred by project managers.
• Supervise the work of installation teams at the facilities.
• Plan the distribution of employees, equipment and other resources.
• Organize and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
• Search and select new subcontractors according to project needs.
• Control the deadlines, quality and efficient execution of work.
• Resolve current organizational and technical issues at the facilities.
• Cooperate with project managers, clients and installation teams.

What facilities will you work at?

• In private house projects.
• In storage and production facilities.
• In commercial areas.

Main projects:

• Fences.
• Gates.
• Railings.
• Small architectural elements.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a works manager, project manager or similar position.
• Ability to organize people's work and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Category B driver's license.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Engineering or technical education (advantage).

Construction certificates are not necessary. The most important thing is practical experience in organizing and supervising work.
