- Organization and control of the work of technicians (heating specialists, electricians, minor repair workers)
- Organization of minor contract repair work: search, selection and coordination of contractors
- Acceptance of engineering systems of new objects, assessment of the condition of existing systems, preparation of acts
- Drawing up a maintenance plan for the building's engineering systems and ensuring its implementation
- Management and maintenance of the building's technical documentation
- Preparation of defect, inspection acts and commercial offers
- Checking, controlling and approving invoices for contractor work and materials and acts of completed work in the system, ensuring compliance with contracts and budget
- Continuous inspection of supervised objects and control of their technical condition
