Organization and coordination of pipeline and equipment installation works at sites in Belgium;
Organization of work of the installation team and distribution of tasks;
Control of work progress, deadlines and quality;
Communication with the customer and other project participants;
Resolving issues related to the organization of work at the site;
Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with technical requirements and safety standards;
Work in international projects and teams.

Employee requirements
Experience in leading a team in installation, piping or similar projects;
Ability to independently organize and plan work;
Responsibility, initiative and good organizational skills;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
Good technical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly;
Working knowledge of English, Russian;
Ability to work in Belgium and go on business trips;
VCA VOL certificate is an advantage.
