Ordering materials and managing resources required for the site.
Communication with customers, subcontractors and technical maintenance.

Knowledge of construction processes and technologies.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, create calendar schedules, prepare technological cards.
Ability to work independently and organize team work.
Good computer skills.
Driver's license (category B).
Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
Ability to communicate in Russian.
