Work manager

We are looking for a responsible and proactive project manager who will organize and coordinate the implementation of several construction projects, ensure the quality of work, adherence to deadlines, and effective teamwork.

Organize and coordinate road construction work at the facilities.
Plan the progress of work and ensure its timely execution.
Manage the work of employees and subcontractors.
Control the quality of the work performed and compliance with technological requirements.
Ensure the implementation of work safety requirements at the construction site.
Cooperate with customers, technical supervision and other project participants.

You have experience as a construction manager (an advantage is in road construction projects).
You are able to plan work, make decisions and organize team activities.
You are responsible, independent and result-oriented.
You have a category B driver's license.
