Your responsibilities
- Assisting the project manager in organizing ship repair, finishing and insulation works;
- Transferring work tasks to the team and monitoring their implementation;
- Controlling the progress, quality and deadlines of the work;
- Coordinating the need for materials and tools;
- Assisting in managing working time accounting and project documents;
- Working on business trips abroad.
Employee requirements
- Experience in ship repair, finishing, insulation or construction;
- Organizational skills, responsibility and initiative;
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team;
- English language skills for work communication;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to travel;
- Russian language skills and reading technical drawings are an advantage.
Management experience is not necessary - we value knowledge of the work, willingness to learn and take responsibility.
