We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the insurance repairs and claims administration process from assignment receipt to completion. In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of work, meeting deadlines, and effective communication between clients, contractors, insurance process participants, and the internal team.
You will take care of:
- administration and coordination of insurance repair tasks from their receipt to full completion;
- communication with private clients (B2C), contractors and participants in the insurance process;
- organization of contractors' work and control of agreed deadlines;
- monitoring the progress of work and operational management of information related to tasks;
- resolution of emerging problems and non-standard situations;
- coordination of several ongoing tasks at the same time;
- smooth process flow, ensuring that tasks are carried out promptly and do not get stuck at individual stages of the process.

- you have good communication and organizational skills;
- you are able to communicate professionally with private clients, including in more complex situations;
- you react quickly, are able to assess the situation and make decisions quickly;
- you are able to independently plan your work and effectively manage the flow of several tasks;
- you take responsibility for the entire process of the task entrusted to you and its completion.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- you understand the processes of construction and repair work;
- you have an engineering or technical education;
- you have experience in insurance, claims administration, construction, repair work coordination or B2C customer service.
