WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and control the team's electrical installation work in electromechanical projects
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives
- Prepare reports and other documents
- Manage a team of 15+ employees
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks on the project, 1-2 weeks at home
- Be a leader and authority for other team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Electrical or mechanical engineering education
- 2+ years of management and work organization experience in electromechanical projects (installation of the mechanical part of conveyors, transporters, relocation, installation and commissioning of various types of equipment)
- Be able to analyze electrical diagrams and drawings
- Communicate fluently in English and moderately in Russian
- Be able to plan work in a highly dynamic environment
- Be motivated to improve, create and be a leader for others.
