Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Work Manager to join our electrical energy team, organize the safe work of the team and ensure the smooth implementation of projects. (Vilnius, All Lithuania).
- Team management and organization: organization of work of electricians and electrical installers, distribution of tasks, control and safe leadership of the team according to the issued instructions or assignment of the work manager.
- Work management at facilities: ensuring safe and high-quality performance of electrical installation, technical maintenance and repair works (including operating electrical equipment and work in outdoor conditions).
- Ensuring occupational safety and health (OSH): monitoring compliance with occupational safety requirements, established rules and instructions at the facility.
- Documentation management: filling in and coordinating technical documentation, work reports, accounts/permits.
- Cooperation: communication with customers, contractors, network operators and internal company teams.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in electrical engineering / energy.
- Experience in the field of electrical energy.
- AK or VK electrical protection qualification certificate (rights granted by the contractor).
- Ability to lead a team, make decisions and take responsibility for the safety and quality of work.
- Excellent reading of electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
- Category B driver's license.
