WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Lead a team of 10+ employees who will perform electrification work in industrial projects, DATA centers
- Ensure work progress and its tracking
- Ensure work quality and timely transfer of information to the work manager
- Control the need for materials and place orders with the client
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives
- Work on business trips: 3 weeks ABROAD, on the project, 1 week of rest in Lithuania

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Education in electrical engineering, electrical automation or electrical engineering
- Advantage if you have: VCA, VCA-VOL, SSG, IPAF certificates
- 1+ years of management, work organization experience working on industrial projects
- Good knowledge of English and average knowledge of Russian
- Driver's license
- Motivation to improve, create and be a leader for others
