WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Plan and organize the work of locksmiths and welders, ensuring their smooth progress in shipyards.
- Lead a team of 15 people.
- Cooperate with the customer on project and organizational issues.
- Solve daily situations and problems.
- Prepare reports and other documents.
- Work on business trips ABROAD – 4/1 (4 weeks on the project, 1 week rest at home).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- More than 1 year of experience as a locksmith and welder in shipbuilding.
- Ability to read design documentation, drawings, diagrams.
- Team management experience (10-15 people).
- Good knowledge of English and average knowledge of Russian.
- Computer skills.
- Driver's license.
