We are looking for an open, proactive and motivated WORK EXECUTOR with both theoretical and practical technical knowledge in the field of solar power plant construction, the ability to manage a team and excellent command of English and French.
WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Manage a team of about 20 employees performing construction and connection works of solar power plants both on the ground and on roofs
- Delegate tasks to the team, ensure the progress of work and quality of performance
- Ensure timely transmission of information to the direct project manager, customer or his authorized person
- Prepare reports and other documents
- Control the need for materials and submit orders to the customer
- Be a leader and authority for other team members
- Work on business trips abroad - 6-8 weeks on the project, 2-3 weeks at home to rest.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience in solar power plant construction management
- Very good English and French
- Experience in managing a team of about 20 employees
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of electricity and/or mechanics
- PK, VK, AK certificates are a great advantage.
