As we develop solar module installation projects in Lithuania and other European countries, we are open to new project management team members. WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize the construction and electrical installation of solar power plants on the ground for a team of 10-20 people
- Ensure that the work is carried out according to the approved drawings, technical requirements and work schedule
- Control the quality of the work performed and compliance with employee safety requirements
- Plan the need for materials, tools and equipment, inform the project manager in a timely manner about deficiencies and work interruptions
- Cooperate with the project manager and customer representatives, resolve daily work organization issues
- Record the quantities of work performed, and fill out documentation related to the project implementation
- Be a leader and authority for other team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience in solar power plant construction management
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of electricity
- Experience in managing a team of 10-20 people
- Fluent in English, average in Russian
- PK, VK, AK, SSVA certificates – AN ADVANTAGE.
