WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Lead a team of 10+ employees who will perform electrification work in industrial projects, DATA centers.
- Ensure the progress of the work and its tracking.
- Ensure the quality of the work and timely transfer of information to the work manager.
- Control the need for materials and place orders with the client.
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives.
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks on the project, 1-2 weeks of rest in Lithuania.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Education in electricity, electrical automation or electrical engineering.
- Advantage if you have: VCA, VCA-VOL, SSG, IPAF certificates.
- 1+ years of management, work organization experience working in industrial projects.
- Good knowledge of English and average knowledge of Russian.
- Driver's license.
- Motivation to improve, create and be a leader for others.
