Nature of work
The executor in our company is directly subordinate to the Construction Works Manager and is responsible for:
- Planning, organization of daily work at the facility;
- For the performance of works according to the set deadlines while ensuring quality;
- Cooperation with subcontractors on work management issues;
- Control of the work progress of employees and subcontractors;
- Compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
- Acceptance of materials at the facility and their proper exploitation;
- Other works assigned by the construction manager.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education would be an advantage;
- Similar work experience is required;
- Good organizational and leadership skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, honesty;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs;
- Driver's license;
- SSVA certificate - an advantage.
