Our company specializes in large-scale solar power plant (Utility Scale PV) construction projects throughout Europe. We perform mechanical and electrical work on projects from 15 MW to 230 MW. One of our offices is located in Bulgaria, the other in Lithuania.
The scope of our mechanical work includes pile driving and drilling, assembly and installation of fixed and tracking systems (trackers) structures, and installation of solar modules.

• SOLAR POWER INSTALLERS

WORK EXECUTOR
Lead a team of 10-20 employees performing construction work on the mechanical part of solar parks.
Organize and control pile driving/drilling, structure assembly and solar module installation.
Plan daily work, allocate tasks to the team and control their execution.
Ensure work progress, productivity, adherence to deadlines and quality.
Control work performance according to technical drawings, installation instructions and project quality requirements.
Coordinate the need for workers, materials, tools and construction equipment.
Promptly resolve technical and organizational issues arising at the construction site.
Work closely with the Site Manager on a daily basis, coordinate the work plan, priorities and progress and report directly to him for the work performed and results.
Communicate and coordinate work with customer representatives, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager and other project participants.
Prepare work progress reports and other necessary project documentation.
Be a leader and authority for the team, be able to organize people and maintain the required work pace.
SOLAR POWER PLANT INSTALLER
Install metal structures and solar modules for solar power plants.
Perform installation work of fixed structures and tracking systems (trackers).
Assemble structural elements and install and tighten bolted connections according to technical requirements.
Work with manual, electric and battery tools.
Perform work according to technical installation diagrams, instructions and instructions of the direct supervisor.
Adhere to the established work pace, productivity and quality requirements.
Use tools and equipment responsibly and comply with work safety requirements.
Work in a team and perform tasks assigned by the Site Manager.

FOR THE WORK PERFORMER
At least 2 years of experience in the construction of the mechanical part of solar power plants and in organizing work.
Practical experience with pile driving, fixed structures and/or tracking systems (trackers) and installation of solar modules.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, installation diagrams and specifications.
Ability to independently organize and control the work of a team of 10-20 people.
Ability to plan work, set priorities and make decisions promptly.
Knowledge of English necessary for professional communication in the project.
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Valid category B driver's license.
Ability to operate a telescopic loader (Manitou type) and/or mini loader (Bobcat) is an advantage.
Responsibility, independence, initiative and result orientation.
SOLAR POWER PLANT INSTALLER
At least 2 years of experience in the construction and installation of solar power plants.
Practical experience in the installation of fixed structures and/or tracking systems (trackers) and solar modules.
Ability to use basic hand, electric and battery-powered work tools.
Technical understanding and ability to work according to installation instructions.
Previous work experience as a foreman is an advantage.
Category B driver's license is an advantage.
Responsibility, diligence, discipline and ability to work in a team.

Both positions require preparation for long-term business trips abroad.
