We are growing, so we are inviting a Recruitment Partner to join the HR team, whose main focus will be active search and selection of unqualified employees.
This is a position for someone who enjoys communication, a fast pace and a clearly visible result. We are looking for someone who is able not only to manage the selection, but also to find, reach and interest candidates.

What will you do with us?
- Actively search for and attract candidates for unqualified positions;
- Manage the selection process - from advertisements and candidate search to the initial interview;
- Coordinate multiple selections and candidate flows simultaneously;
- Search for and test new channels and methods for attracting candidates;
- Collaborate with managers, helping them accurately assess their employee needs;
- Monitor the results of selections and contribute to the improvement of selection processes.
On our way, if
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel selection;
- Experience in conducting selections of unqualified employees;
- You are communicative, proactive and result-oriented;
- Able to manage several selections simultaneously and quickly evaluate candidates;
- You speak Russian or English fluently;
- Want to grow and develop in the field of personnel selection.
