you have a higher education;
have at least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of human resources management, preferably working with employee well-being, diversity and inclusion projects or organizational culture development;
have experience in conducting employee surveys, their analysis and forming related measures;
have additional qualifications in the fields of employee well-being, inclusion and organizational culture management (e.g. DEI certificates, Wellbeing and inclusion programs, etc.) (advantage);
have experience in the Top employer certification process (advantage);
have experience in working with indicator monitoring, their analysis, presentation of conclusions and decisions based on data;
have excellent cooperation skills in working with managers at different levels and stakeholders;
have good knowledge of English;
are able to independently plan and organize work, manage complex processes and projects.

You will develop and implement employee well-being, equal opportunities and human rights, employee diversity and inclusion initiatives, educate and develop the organization on these issues
You will conduct employee surveys and pulse measurement studies, analyze them
You will coordinate and improve the employee suggestion system
You will be responsible for the Top employer certification and support process
You will organize and coordinate management competency studies and contribute to the formation of a strong management team
You will act as a strategic partner for managers at all levels.
