RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct retail employee search and initial selection (advertisements, calls, initial interviews, "active" search).
- Take care of the introduction and adaptation of new retail employees.
- Ensure the effective and innovative implementation of the store expert training process.
- Implement customer service standards, organize expert conferences, prepare training content and present.
- Inspire the team to maintain a high level of motivation, promote consistent growth and professionalism.
- Implement new, data-driven strategies, methodologies and technologies for continuous improvement of sales efficiency.
- Become an expert on our brands.
- Prepare detailed insights for management, including training results, team progress and further development opportunities.
- Actively visit Kika stores throughout Lithuania.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in training management and leadership.
- Ability not only to convey knowledge, but also to implement innovative training methods and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, able to form long-term strategies.
- Leadership skills, allowing you to motivate and grow sales teams to achieve maximum results.
- Initiative, strategic thinking and decision-making independence.
- Ability to organize the search and selection of employees, assess the suitability of candidates.
