Nature of work:
- Organize and ensure the implementation of the crisis and emergency plan, the implementation of employee safety and health, fire and civil protection processes at the university.
- Coordinate introductory briefings, training and information activities.
- Organize occupational risk assessment and control its implementation.
- Ensure the processes of registering, accounting and analyzing accidents, incidents and occupational diseases.
- Organize the implementation of mandatory health examinations of employees.
- Prepare, coordinate and maintain employee safety, fire and civil protection documentation.
- Control the university's preparedness for emergencies and coordinate preventive measures.
- Organize the processes of evacuation, rescue and response to emergencies for employees and students.
- Lead the team of the Employee and Student Safety Department, plan activities, distribute tasks and ensure the achievement of performance results.
- Consult the university community on employee safety, health, fire and civil protection issues.
- Participate in and coordinate project activities within the department's competence.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education.
- You have at least 1 year of managerial work experience.
- You have an occupational safety and health specialist certificate.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of occupational safety and health.
- You are well versed in the legal acts regulating the fields of occupational safety and health, fire and civil protection.
- You speak Lithuanian and at least one foreign language at a level not lower than B1.
- You are able to effectively organize work, make decisions and coordinate a team.
- Computer literacy, ability to analyze data and make decisions
- You are able to analyze information, prepare documents and communicate fluently both orally and in writing.
