We are looking for a motivated Assistant Coordinator who is fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and speaks Lithuanian to join our growing team at RBK Group.

Scope of duties:
- Coordination and supervision of employees
- Inspection of the conditions of the living quarters of the employees and supervision of the rent
- Preparation of reports
- Entering employees into facilities
- Personnel coordination (creating schedules, checking data and hours, issuing medical certificates)
- Issuance of advances
- Contact with customers in Lithuanian
- Project support and development
Our requirements:
- Category B driver's license
- oral and written knowledge of Russian/Lithuanian languages, English would be an advantage
- Experience in a similar position (advantage)
- Ability to build relationships with employees and partners
- Good work organization, independence in making decisions, reliability, communication, resistance to stress
