What will you do after joining us?
- You will ensure that the needs of employees are met - plan rotations and trips, working with your assigned project managers and the projects they supervise.
- You will create employee vacation schedules.
- You will order and coordinate transportation and housing according to the needs of the project manager.
- You will order documents necessary for work on the project.
- You will contribute to shaping a consistent, humane employee experience across all Hotrema sites.
- You will be the first point of contact for employees on the site when they have questions or concerns - you will resolve them yourself or refer them to the right person.
- You will ensure engagement in the context of employee retention - you will regularly visit sites and business trips, communicate directly with employees, monitor their well-being.
- You will coordinate the adaptation process of new employees on the sites - from the first day of work to full integration into the team.
- You will collect feedback from employees about the adaptation process and working conditions and transmit important signals to responsible persons.
- You will regularly visit sites and business trips, communicate directly with employees, monitor their well-being and engagement.
- You will work closely with the Human Resources Distribution Manager, sharing information about employees' preparation and competencies.
- You will perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience working directly with people - in personnel administration, adaptation coordination, employee service or similar field.
- Ability to easily establish contact and communicate with employees of various profiles - from a novice to an experienced foreman.
- Organization and ability to simultaneously coordinate several processes - adaptation, roles, vacation schedules, transport and housing issues at different sites.
- Initiative to notice problems before they become serious, and the ability to solve them independently.
- Ability to smoothly cooperate with project managers, line managers and partner and selection teams.
- Readiness to regularly travel to sites and business trips.
- Empathy and patience when communicating with employees in various situations.
- We will consider a category B driver's license an advantage.
- Knowledge of a foreign language (Russian, English).
