Nature of work:
A proactive and empathetic coordinator is needed to help a large group of employees from Ukraine integrate in Lithuania.
Main responsibilities:
Work on a business trip basis in different cities of Lithuania.
A company car is provided for work, but there may be situations when you will need to travel by your own car. Fuel is fully reimbursed.
Main responsibilities:
- Meet the arriving employees and take them to their housing and settle them in;
- Explain the specifics of the work and accommodation conditions;
- If necessary, sign employment contracts;
- Accompany employees to the workplace on the first day - show them how to get to work, arrange bus tickets, etc.;
- Various assistance in settling in Lithuania - for example, show them where to shop, how and where to get medical help;
- Close cooperation with employees and help speed up their adaptation and integration process;
- Transferring information to us about the employees' situation at work;
- Assistance in handling documents, filling out applications, etc.;
- Supervision and control of employees at the workplace;
- Identification and resolution of potential problems on the spot or in consultation with the manager;
- Regular and unscheduled trips to employees are planned.

Employee requirements:
- Good command of Russian is REQUIRED;
- Good organizational skills;
- Communication skills;
- Category B driver's license;
- Own car;
- Ability to manage conflict situations.
