We are looking for someone to join our team and help coordinate our employees in Sweden.
In this position, you will be one of the key people ensuring that the daily project processes run smoothly - employees know when and where they are going, travel is planned, rotations are coordinated, and any questions that arise are not left unanswered.
The work is diverse and dynamic - it is where people, planning, and quick decisions come together.

How will your day be?
One day you will plan the departure of new employees to Sweden, the next you will coordinate the rotation schedule, organize a trip or help resolve an unexpectedly changed situation in the project.
Every day:
Every day:
- coordinate employees working in Sweden;
- plan their arrivals, departures and trips;
- create and monitor rotation and vacation schedules;
- maintain contact with employees before and during the business trip;
- help solve daily organizational issues;
- communicate with clients and partners in Sweden;
- monitor working time information and project documentation;
- work together with colleagues to ensure that all necessary information reaches the right people on time.

- you can communicate fluently in English;
- you can converse in Russian.
