We are looking for someone who:
- Able to independently organize work and ensure that daily processes run smoothly
- Knows how to plan, distribute tasks to the team and set priorities
- Is economical, responsible and notices where work can be done more efficiently
- Not afraid of numbers - able to track balances, costs and other performance indicators
- Cares about quality, order and compliance with hygiene requirements
- Able to communicate with different people and constructively resolve daily situations
- Has experience in organizing or coordinating work - experience in catering, production or a similar field would be an advantage
We will trust you:
Staff canteen coordination:
- Plan the need for raw materials, organize their ordering and control leftovers
- Distribute daily tasks to the kitchen team and ensure their smooth operation
- Monitor raw material and catering costs, look for opportunities to make them more efficient
- Take care of the quality of dishes and service and initiate its improvement
- Ensure order, hygiene and compliance with agreed processes
