EMPLOYEE RENTAL PROJECT MANAGER

Enlito Group is an international staffing solutions company operating since 2015. We cooperate with more than 150 employers every year and employ more than 1,600 employees.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take responsibility for the implementation of staffing projects in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Germany and lead the customer service team.

• You will lead the customer service team: set priorities, allocate responsibilities, develop employees and ensure the achievement of agreed results.
• You will manage staffing projects from confirming the client’s need to the smooth start of staff work and further project implementation.
• You will maintain contacts with existing clients in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Germany, analyze their needs and solve daily situations.
• Coordinate the cooperation between customer service, selection, personnel, payroll and logistics teams.
• Monitor the integration, turnover and retention of employees in projects.
• Analyze project revenues, expenses, profitability and key performance indicators.
• Develop action plans to improve results and monitor their implementation.
• Improve project management, customer service and information administration processes.
• Participate in meetings with clients and, if necessary, go on business trips.

You have experience in project, customer or operational management.
You have led a team or coordinated the overall results of several people.
You are able to work with numbers, assess the profitability of a project and make data-based decisions.
You know how to build long-term relationships with B2B customers, negotiate and constructively resolve complex situations.
You can communicate independently with customers, employees and colleagues in English and Russian.
Knowledge of German or Dutch would be an advantage.
You have a category B driver's license and can go on business trips.
You are independent, organized, not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility for the result.

Experience in the staffing, personnel, logistics, production or service sector would be a great advantage, but we are ready to introduce a strong project or team leader to the specifics of the sector.

Higher education is an advantage, but your practical experience and achieved results are more important to us.

€2,500–3,000 per month in cash fixed salary, depending on experience and competencies.
