Head of a staffing company

One of the Enlito Group companies provides staffing, selection and related services to a group of companies. We are looking for a strong manager who would be able to strategically manage the company's activities, ensure high quality of services, efficient operation of staffing and selection processes and targeted team growth.

This position is intended for someone who is able to simultaneously see both the overall business direction and daily operational results.

You will develop and implement the company's business strategy, ensure its compliance with the group's goals.
You will manage the search and selection processes of employees, monitor their quality, efficiency and compliance with deadlines.
You will coordinate cooperation with group companies, improve the quality of services and seek the most effective solutions for their needs.
You will lead the team: clearly allocate responsibilities, develop employees, strengthen engagement and a culture of results.
You will plan and manage the budget, analyze financial results, and report to management.
You will oversee the marketing direction, campaign efficiency and rational use of the budget.
You will develop partnerships with external partners, selection channels and other important contacts.
You will initiate process improvement, implement new tools, methods and operating standards.

Successful management experience.
Ability to manage both strategic and operational processes.
Strong sense of leadership, responsibility and result orientation.
Ability to organize team work, make decisions and ensure their implementation.
Analytical thinking, financial and procedural awareness.
Experience working with service management, personnel selection, marketing or coordination of several functions would be a great advantage.
Ability to create clear communication both within the team and with group companies and partners.
Fluent in Russian and English. German is a great advantage.
