Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, ensure the relevance, quality and connection of their content with the goals of the organization;
- Identify employee needs and engagement opportunities, propose new initiatives and improve existing ones;
- Plan, organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, initiatives and other employee-focused activities;
- Coordinate support, charity and community welfare activities;
- Find creative and engaging formats that encourage active employee participation;
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, analyze employee feedback and assess the value they create;
- Contribute to creating a positive employee experience at different stages of the employee journey.
We hope you will have:
- Experience in organizing events, developing internal initiatives or coordinating projects;
- Ability to see the broader context and understand how employee initiatives contribute to the organization's culture and business goals;
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to turn ideas into real results;
- Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work with several initiatives simultaneously, plan priorities and manage processes;
- Result orientation, ability to collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented activities.
