Position:
Work is mobile – regular trips to companies where our employees and teams work, as well as to their places of residence.
Direct assistance to temporary workers at their workplace throughout the entire period of employment.
Monitoring the process of signing documents and controlling their validity periods.
Preparing reports and summaries related to employee service.
Building and maintaining direct and long-term relationships with employees.
Informing employees about changes related to work organization and working conditions.
Assistance in solving problems that may arise for employees during the employment period – both at the workplace and at their place of residence.

We are looking for an independent specialist who:
Fluent Lithuanian and good communication skills in Russian are a must.
Category B driver's license.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to resolve conflict situations.
Good skills in organizing independent work.
Communication skills in English would be an advantage.
Ability to find solutions in non-standard situations.
Ability to adapt and make decisions in a changing environment.
