Main functions of the position:
- In accordance with the established procedure, conduct introductory briefings on occupational safety and health, civil and fire safety for newly hired employees.
- Prepare acts-permits for third parties working at the company's facilities.
- Organize employee training on occupational safety and health, civil and fire safety and first aid.
- Organize occupational risk assessment in the company in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts on occupational safety and health.
- Organize/prepare the company's legal acts on occupational safety and health, fire and civil safety.
- Participate in investigations of accidents at work, incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases, analyze them, and collect other data related to occupational safety and health, fire and civil safety.
- In accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts, review and update the company's plans for managing and preventing emergency situations, prepare reports, and organize civil safety exercises.
- Check the status of fire safety in the company, organize periodic inspections of fire safety inventory.
Employee requirements:
- Have a certificate of an occupational safety and health specialist working in enterprises of all types of economic activity, as well as a certificate of employees of economic entities and other institutions responsible for civil safety.
- At least 1 year of work experience in this field.
- Higher university or higher college education.
- Ability to convey ideas fluently, excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
- Computer literacy.
