NATURE OF WORK:
- Organize and coordinate occupational safety and health and civil protection processes in assigned group companies;
- Consult managers and employees on OSH issues, and designated responsible persons on civil protection issues;
- Organize and conduct OSH and civil protection training, instruction, exercises and prevention initiatives;
- Investigate accidents, participate in occupational risk assessment and coordinate the implementation of preventive measures;
- Assess the safety of workplaces, processes and equipment and provide recommendations for its improvement;
- Prepare and update OSH and civil protection documentation;
- Monitor changes in OSH and civil protection legal requirements and ensure their implementation.
FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:
- Qualifications of an OSH specialist;
- Practical work experience in the field of occupational safety and health;
- Good knowledge of OSH regulatory legislation and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to independently plan work and coordinate processes in different companies and departments;
- Initiative, responsibility and strong communication and consulting skills;
- Category B driver's license.

- Experience in administration or coordination of civil protection processes;
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture or other activities with higher occupational risk;
- Experience in certification processes and/or internal and external audits.
