Primary responsibilities
Documentation management: preparation and updating of OSH instructions, regulations, procedure descriptions and other mandatory documents.
Training organization: employee instruction, conducting safety training (live and remotely).
Consulting: application of theoretical OSH knowledge in practice, consulting clients on legal issues.
Risk assessment: participation in occupational risk assessment processes.

You have strong theoretical knowledge of OSH and follow the latest legislative developments.
You are fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian (this is essential when working with international teams and foreign capital companies).
You have experience (or a strong desire) to conduct training and are able to explain complex requirements in a simple way.
You are meticulous in preparing documents and are able to independently plan your time.
You have a valid OSH specialist certificate.
