The Business Resilience Department of Lithuanian Post invites the Head of the Occupational Safety and Health Group to join:
Pending Responsibilities:
- Organize the implementation of occupational health and safety, fire and civil protection requirements;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and supervise their implementation;
- Provide methodological assistance to employees on occupational health and safety, fire and civil protection issues;
- Prepare and administer internal documents on occupational health and safety, fire and civil protection;
- Organize employee information, training and prepare methodological materials;
- Provide information to external institutions as needed;
- Coordinate occupational health and safety, civil and fire protection issues in subsidiaries in Latvia and Estonia;
- Initiate public procurement in the areas of occupational health, fire and civil protection;
- Coordinate the work of the group's employees and perform other tasks assigned by the head of the department within the scope of competence.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education;
- Have at least 3 years of work and management experience and are familiar with ergonomic requirements;
- Have certificates of occupational safety and health specialist, fire safety, civil protection and occupational risk assessment at workplaces, and certificates of civil protection and psychosocial factors assessment are an advantage;
- Have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English and Russian would be an advantage;
- Have excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Have a driver's license (category B);
- Are responsible, flexible, independent and are a positive and honest personality.
