We are looking for a responsible, proactive and professional colleague who would help create a safe working environment, ensure compliance with employee health and safety and fire safety requirements, and become a reliable partner for managers and employees. Your responsibilities:
- You will ensure the implementation and control of occupational safety and health (OSH) and fire safety requirements in the company's departments.
- You will consult managers and employees on OSH and fire safety issues, and propose practical solutions to create a safe working environment.
- You will organize, coordinate and supervise occupational risk assessment processes.
- You will prepare, administer and constantly update OSH and fire safety documentation.
- You will organize employee training and instruction and ensure control over their implementation.
- You will investigate accidents, incidents and dangerous events, analyze their causes and initiate preventive measures.
- You will conduct internal safety inspections and audits, cooperate with department managers in implementing safety improvement solutions.
- You will represent the company in cooperation with state institutions and external partners on employee safety issues.
We hope that:
- Have a higher education.
- Have a valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate, which gives the right to work in companies of all types of economic activity.
- Have a certificate confirming fire safety competence.
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of occupational safety and health.
- You are well versed in the occupational safety and health legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply them in practice.
- Are able to independently plan work, make decisions and effectively manage several tasks at the same time.
- Have good computer skills (MS Office).
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Speak English.
- You are proactive, responsible, have excellent communication and cooperation skills and are result-oriented.
