ISS Lithuania The Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Protection and Quality team is growing and invites a colleague who wants to improve and achieve the set goals together to join us!
What will you do every day?
- Ensure the implementation of mandatory legal acts on occupational safety and health and fire safety and the requirements applied in the ISS and client group and their compliance in the company and with clients;
- Consult colleagues and clients and cooperate on OSH and fire safety issues;
- Organize and conduct employee briefings, training and evacuation exercises;
- Prepare, update and maintain OSH and fire safety documentation, prepare reports;
- Organize accident prevention, investigate incidents and coordinate preventive health checks;
- Initiate and implement solutions and good practices to improve the safety culture of employees;
- Coordinate projects related to OSH and fire safety and ensure support for the ISO system
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education (preferably in technical/engineering or public health);
- Valid OHS specialist and fire safety (advantage) safety certificates;
- Experience in the field of occupational safety and health (advantage);
- Ability to apply OHS and fire safety requirements in practice;
- Good knowledge of English, MS Office skills and category B driver's license (advantage);
- Responsibility, independence, communication skills and desire to improve;
- Experience in an international company (advantage).
