Your future activities:
- I will form and implement the overall occupational health and safety (OHS) strategy of the AROS Group, ensuring uniform safety standards throughout the organization.
- I will organize and control compliance with OHS requirements in Lithuania, foreign divisions and international projects.
- I will ensure compliance with safety requirements on ships and shipyards, taking into account the requirements of customers, shipyards and a specific country.
- I will coordinate ISO 45001 audits, certification and periodic recertification, ensure system maintenance and continuous improvement.
- I will prepare, improve and update OHS procedures, instructions, occupational risk assessments and other mandatory documents.
- I will cooperate with project and work managers, customer HSE representatives, shipyards, auditors and supervisory authorities in resolving OHS issues.
- Assess the compliance of contractors and subcontractors with the safety requirements of the AROS group and specific projects and ensure the management of identified non-conformities.
- Represent the company on OSH issues, cooperate with supervisory authorities, partners, auditors and other parties related to occupational safety and health.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education and a qualification as an OSH specialist.
- You have accumulated significant professional experience in the field of OSH, you are well aware of the requirements of OSH legislation and their practical application.
- You have experience in coordinating OSH processes, developing procedures, conducting occupational risk assessments and managing OSH documentation.
- You are familiar with ISO 45001 requirements and have experience in audits and certification processes.
- You are able to make independent decisions, manage risks and effectively cooperate with different internal and external parties.
- You are fluent in English.
