RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will develop and implement an occupational safety and health culture in an organization operating in an international environment, ensuring the application of standards to local specifics.
You will actively lead the change in the safety culture in the organization - from compliance to a culture based on behavior and leadership, initiating activities that involve the entire organization.
You will ensure that the Company's activities comply with OSH legal requirements and good practice standards.
You will lead the team, clearly set the direction, priorities and expectations and ensure the achievement of results by mobilizing the team and strengthening cooperation with departments.
You will analyze performance indicators, make data-based decisions and contribute to the creation of effective and sustainable operational processes.
You will take care of strengthening employee competencies and ensuring a safe working environment.
You will actively participate in trainings, presentations to management and employees, and communicate a clear, structured and inclusive OSH direction to all levels of the organization.
You will contribute to strategically important projects as an OSH partner, ensuring the feasibility of solutions and their impact on the organization's results.
YOU WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
Higher university degree in technology or natural sciences.
At least 3 (three) years of work experience in the field of occupational safety management in a manufacturing/oil refining/chemical industry or port stevedoring company.
Experience working in an international environment would be an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian language skills.
Good written and spoken English language skills (at least B2 level).
Strong leadership, team involvement and change management competencies, ability to communicate with diverse people.
Strong character, strategic, analytical thinking and emotional competence.
Clearly demonstrated initiative, independence and result orientation.
WE OFFER YOU:
A monthly salary of €4,500 to €5,000 gross and an annual variable part of up to two monthly salaries.
