What will you do after joining us?
- You will work at our project sites in Lithuania – currently in Mažeikiai, where you will take care of a safe working environment every day.
- You will monitor compliance with OSH, environmental and fire safety requirements, assess workplaces, identify risks and plan preventive measures.
- You will instruct and consult employees and managers, prepare and adapt training and instructional materials in accordance with Hotrema and the customer's safety standards.
- You will prepare, complete and administer OSH, environmental and fire safety documentation in accordance with legal acts and customer requirements.
- I will record safety violations and non-compliances, initiate corrective actions and control their implementation.
- I will cooperate with the team, project managers and customer's OSH representatives and contribute to the improvement of OSH processes and safety culture.
What do we expect from you?
- Practical experience in OSH work in construction or industrial facilities and knowledge of OSH requirements.
- Occupational Safety and Health Specialist Certificate (VCA-VOL or NEBOSH certificates - an advantage).
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian - an advantage).
- Ability to independently identify risks, make decisions and communicate constructively with employees and managers.
- Responsibility, diligence and good skills in working with MS Office programs.
