Nature of work
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements in the company
- Prepare and timely update OSH and fire safety documentation
- Organize and conduct occupational safety training and briefings
- Consult employees and managers on OSH issues
- Perform occupational risk assessment and submit proposals for its reduction
- Investigate accidents and incidents, develop preventive measures
- Control compliance with legal requirements

Employee requirements
- Higher education
- Occupational safety and health certificate, fire safety certificate, civil protection certificate (desirable)
- Similar work experience (advantage)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Lithuanian (English or Russian - an advantage)
- Responsibility, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team
