We are looking for a responsible and active specialist whose main responsibilities will be:
- Take care of the maintenance and implementation of organizational, technical and hygiene measures - in order to prevent employee injuries and occupational diseases;
- Organize professional risk assessments;
- Consult and instruct managers and employees of the company's departments in matters of safety and health, fire safety;
- Conduct training on occupational safety and health topics, examine the company's employees;
- Organize mandatory health checks, vaccinations;
- Analyze the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and occupational diseases, predict and implement preventive measures;
- Perform audits;
- Prepare and update worker safety and health documentation, including training materials;
- Prepare reports.
We expect our new colleague to be or have:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Occupational Safety and Health Service Specialist Certificate;
- Fire Safety Certificate;
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation;
- Experience working with the Moodle program (we would consider it an advantage);
- Distinguished by organization and good document preparation skills, independence;
- Responsible attitude to work;
- Knowledge of English, Russian (we would consider it an advantage).
