Your responsibilities
- Implement the provisions of the DS Smith Group safety policy, minimum standards and programs;
- Instruct and consult the company's employees on occupational safety and health issues;
- Organize and coordinate occupational risk assessment, develop preventive measures and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health legislation, analyze results and provide proposals for improving processes;
- Prepare, update and administer occupational safety and health documentation and instructions;
- Organize occupational safety and health training, mandatory health checks, initiate and implement employee health promotion programs.
Your profile
- Occupational safety and health specialist certificate (required);
- At least 2 years of experience as an occupational safety and health specialist in a manufacturing company (advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English (advantage);
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Strong internal motivation and result orientation;
- Communicative, initiative, independence and responsibility.
