In this position, you will be responsible for risk assessment at the company's facilities abroad and ensuring high standards of safety and health of employees.
Workplace and mobility - you will work part of the working time in the company's office in Vilnius, and as needed, you will travel to facilities abroad.

What are you going to do?
Preparation, updating and administration of Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents. Management of other instructions, procedures, orders and OSH documents;
Regular site visits and employee safety supervision – you will regularly visit the company's facilities abroad, communicate with employees and responsible persons, assess whether employee safety and health requirements are being met, identify potential risks and provide recommendations for their elimination;
Accident and incident analysis;
Consult department heads on safety and health issues.

Requirements:
Ability to prepare, read and evaluate Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents;
Occupational Safety and Health Specialist qualification/valid OHS Specialist certificate;
Experience in OHS, particularly working on-site and supervising compliance with occupational safety requirements;
Practical understanding of the application of occupational safety and health legislation and internal company requirements;
Ability to manage documentation, training information, health check-ups and other OHS records in an orderly manner;
Willingness to regularly visit company facilities and actively supervise the implementation of OHS requirements on site;
Category B driving licence.
