Nature of work
- Organize and implement occupational safety and health (OSH) processes focused on accident prevention and the creation of a safe work culture;
- Organize and coordinate occupational risk assessment, planning of preventive measures and control of their implementation;
- Analyze incidents, accidents and dangerous situations, identify their root causes, initiate and coordinate preventive actions;
- Ensure the organization of employee instruction and training, consult managers and employees on OSH issues;
- Monitor and constantly update the company's OSH procedures, instructions and other documentation related to occupational safety;
- Carry out prevention, control and monitoring of compliance with OSH requirements;
- Prepare reports for management, provide insights and initiate performance improvement projects;
- Cooperate with responsible institutions and other external partners on OSH issues;
Employee requirements
- Qualification of an occupational safety and health specialist;
- Knowledge of OSH legislation and requirements;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Russian/English.
