Nature of work:
- HSS Policy and Legal Compliance: Develop and implement an OHS policy in accordance with the VDI; ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, fire and civil protection requirements and legal acts.
- Risk Management: Organize risk assessments, identify hazards, initiate and monitor risk management measures (including ATEX zones, electrical safety, dust control, EX equipment).
- Incident Investigation and Prevention: Lead incident/accident investigations, analyze causes and implement preventive measures.
- Systems, Exercises and Facilities Management: Implement, test and operate fire, civil protection and emergency response systems and organize exercises; conduct workplace, equipment and facility inspections and internal audits.
- Documentation and Reports: Prepare and manage OHS documents (instructions, procedures, evacuation plans, risk assessments, training records) and submit periodic reports and budget proposals.
- Training and coaching: develop and implement training, coaching and qualification improvement programs for employees and managers; ensure training registration.
- PPE and healthcare: ensure the selection, distribution and use of personal protective equipment; organize health checks and preventive health programs.
- Leadership and cooperation: manage the OSH specialist and external suppliers, provide consultations to management and departments; cooperate with production, maintenance, HR and other departments;
- Safe work culture: promote ergonomics, wellness programs and the development of a safety culture.
Employee requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in an OHS management position.
