Nature of work
- Control compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and monitor the working environment in the company, assessing potential risks and their causes;
- Regularly visit all divisions of the company; (Vilnius, Kaunas, Panevėžys, Elektrėnai, Alytus, Utena, Tauragė);
- Investigate incidents, develop incident prevention policies;
- Together with the company's management, develop a sustainability policy in the field of occupational safety and health, fire safety and civil protection;
- Prepare and update documents related to occupational safety and health;
- Organize, control and conduct occupational safety and health training.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- At least 4 years of practical and theoretical experience in the fields of occupational safety and health, fire safety and civil protection.
- Occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- Ability to manage information, collect, systematize, summarize, analyze, prepare conclusions and proposals;
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulatory acts and the ability to apply them;
- Work, training and coaching experience in the field of occupational safety and health;
- Category B driver's license.
