EMPLOYEE SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGER

has a higher education;
has 2+ years of work experience in the field of occupational safety and health;
has 1+ years of managerial work experience (leading a team, department or organizing, coordinating and controlling employee activities);
has a valid occupational safety and health specialist qualification - a certificate obtained by 30 June 2017 or training completed since 1 July 2017 and occupational safety and health knowledge verified by the State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania;
is fluent in Lithuanian;
has leadership and management skills - able to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team, mobilizing it to achieve common goals and implement changes.

I will shape the direction of occupational safety and health in the organization, initiate strategic changes and create a modern safety culture;
I will lead the Occupational Safety and Health Team - I will mobilize, develop and inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals;
I will strengthen the occupational safety and health system, manage occupational risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
I will lead the prevention of accidents, incidents and occupational diseases, initiate solutions that reduce risks and improve the working environment;
I will initiate process improvement, analyze performance indicators and implement solutions that increase operational efficiency;
I will plan the department's activities and budget, coordinate procurement related to occupational safety and health and contribute to the implementation of the company's strategic and sustainability goals.
