Employee safety specialist

· Organize and coordinate occupational safety, fire and civil protection activities in the company.
· Ensure compliance with legal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health and fire protection.
· Organize occupational safety, fire and civil protection training, instruction and certification.
· Prepare, update and administer safety documentation, instructions, procedures and training programs.
· Perform internal safety inspections, assess the condition of workplaces and initiate preventive measures.
· Coordinate occupational risk assessments and their improvement actions.
· Organize investigations of incidents and accidents, analyze causes and provide preventive proposals.
· Control the provision of employees with personal protective equipment and their use.
· Cooperate with department heads, consult on occupational safety issues.
· Participate in inspections of state institutions, prepare necessary reports and coordinate the elimination of identified deficiencies.
· Initiate solutions for digitizing employee safety processes and increasing operational efficiency.

· You have a higher education (in engineering, occupational safety, environmental protection or another related field).
· You have acquired the qualification of an occupational safety specialist in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
· You are well versed in occupational safety and health, fire and civil protection legislation.
· You have work experience in the field of occupational safety, in a manufacturing company it would be an advantage.
· You are able to independently plan work, analyze situations and make decisions.
· You are characterized by initiative, responsibility and strong communication skills.
· You work well with MS Office programs.
· You speak English at a level not lower than B2.
· You have a category B driver's license.
